I have been sitting on my family's old computers for awhile, I'm so afraid of identity theft and didn't know if there was any information still on the laptop, but Techback promises to destroy the hard drives for free and that made me feel much better about recycling them. The staff was very helpful and even took the heavy box out of my car. I'm so glad they opened here in Syracuse.

Very happy to find TechBack. I originally had only 3 flat screen monitors to recycle. After speaking with George, who told me that they could recycle so much more, I was inspired to clean out some old A/V equipment that had been hanging around in my basement for too long! Dropped off an old desktop computer and was greeted with a smile from an employee who asked if I needed any help. Very reassuring to hear she'd be taking it inside right away. Great experience, and no fee to top it off! I highly recommend TechBack!

TechBack could not have made it easier to recycle our old electronics. Simple and quick, with free destruction of data stored on the hard drives, you can’t ask for much more. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience with TechBack. Sasha is great to deal with - courteous, patient, and helpful. I had 20+ years of PCs, servers, batteries, and parts just piling up, and in just one hour, they’re all gone - for free!
